Activities may include field trips, small get togethers, workshops or other experiences that OLLI at SOU members want to do outside of the classroom.

    Play, laugh, and connect! Join fellow OLLI at SOU members  for an afternoon of games and camaraderie at Funagain Games in Ashland. You’ll have the chance to try one of several easy-to-learn, engaging games—perfect for both new and experienced players. The registration deadline is Monday, March 16.

    Past favorites to choose from:

    • Just One: A clever cooperative word game where everyone helps one player guess a secret word. The catch? If two people write the same clue, those clues are eliminated!
    • Code Names: Two teams compete to uncover their secret agents hidden in a grid of words. Give one-word clues to help your team—but beware of the assassin!
    • 5 Crowns: A delightful twist on rummy, featuring five suits and wild cards that change each round for a fresh challenge every time you play.

    New possibilities:

    • The Fuzzies: like Jenga but quieter.
    • Grab & Game: Find how to put crazy things in an order.
    • Uno: Be the 1st one to "UNO" and get rid of all your cards.
    • Flip 7: Players flip cards to build a hand of unique numbers, Uno meets blackjack.
